Cu mai gyuto

This experimental gyuto brings copper and steel together in a striking cu mai construction. When etched, the darkened O2 core sets off the copper layers, creating a fiery warmth across the blade. A bold S-grind lets the copper shine through, adding depth and contrast.

Finished with a padauk handle, the rich red tones echo the copper lines and complete the knife with balance, harmony, and a sense of heat forged into form.
